The choir shirt order forms are done and sent home. If one did not make it to you, you can request a new one is sent home or you can view the form by following the link:

Remember, all memebers need a polo shirt. It may be from any of the previous three years. If you have a neighbor who is willing to let you borrow the shirt for the year, please feel free to do so.
